Enjoying the Season

Here are a couple of pictures of the kids enjoying our Christmas tree.

What is winter without a snowman? Kristi wanted to make a snowman that looks like daddy. So, we put spiky twigs on the snowman's head to make it look like Chad's hair.

Celebrating the Holidays at Preschool

This past month, Kristi's preschool has been teaching the kids about Christmas and Hanukkah. She learned songs about Christmas and Hanukkah for the holiday caroling performance. There were a lot of parents there, so I tried my best to get a picture and some videos of her singing. Kristi is wearing a black and white shirt and she is sitting on the right hand side.

Kristi also made a beautiful pine cone Christmas ornament in school.

Kristi's teacher, Mrs. Carbone gave her this book to read and enjoy.

She also wrote this on the inside...

Kristi even made us a present in school.

Kristi also got to make Reindeer food.

And of course, make a gingerbread man!

Standing Tall and Winter Fun

In these past few weeks Brandon has been more courageous with his efforts to walk. He now stands to play with his toys and most the time lets go to practice getting his balance. A handful of times he has even tried to move his feet while balancing on his own. As far as the crawling goes, he has no problem going backwards. He also loves to roll around to get from place to place.

On Thanksgiving weekend Kristi helped me decorate the house with all of our Christmas decorations. She LOVED going through all the Christmas things and putting them out. Here is a picture in front of our tree. Doesn't it look like Brandon is kissing her hand? :)

Here are some pictures of Kristi and Chad playing out in the snow. It was nice that they had father/daughter time together.

Snow angels...

Ha, Ha, Ha! They couldn't get me behind the glass door!

The Downtown Aquarium

This past Monday Chad took the day off, so we decided to head down to the Downtown Aquarium. We had lunch right across the street from the Aquarium and let a bunch of school kids go through it first. So, after we had a nice lunch together we headed over to the Aquarium. When we got inside there was hardly anyone there. :) Here are some pictures and videos of our fun time together.

Scuba Kristi and Brandon reporting for duty!

Brandon was very curious about everything around him. He tried to touch/grab every little thing.

Kristi and Daddy loved running around together.

Chad and Brandon

Brandon has been doing this cute little head/body side to side motion lately and I was lucky to catch this on video when Chad was playing with Brandon.

Jordin

We were lucky that we got a chance to see our cousin, Jordin a couple of weekends ago. Here is a picture and a quick video of us together.

Halloween!

Kristi had her pre-school Halloween Parade Thursday and it was so cute seeing all the little kids in their Halloween costumes.

This is Kristi with her current "boyfriend" Tyler.

Kristi and one of her teachers, Mrs. Plantus.

Daddy and Brandon watching Kristi.

In the afternoon on Thursday we went to Papa's work for their Halloween celebration.

Halloween night we had Grandma Sherrie come over for dinner and a little bit of Trick-or-Treating around on neighborhood.

After dinner, we got our costumes on and mom put me in this wig. I didn't like wearing it, but I let mom take a picture.

This was the final result!

Since Trick-or-Treating was scarce around our neighborhood, we hoped in the car and went to Grandma and Papa's neighborhood in search for some more candy!
