Kristi's tiny weenie bikini

Kristi was strutting her stuff.

Bath time!

Brandon's first time in the big bathtub. Kristi wanted to take one with him, so they had a lot of fun together.

Brandon's Lil' Mommy

One of Kristi's new things to do to help me is to feed her little brother. She is so gentle with him. While she feeds him, she will talk to him and give him lots of kisses. So precious.

Here are a couple pictures that Brandon actually smiled for the camera.

Kristi's New Barbie Jeep

Kristi got a brand new Barbie Jeep late last week and it is her new favorite toy. She loves to drive it around my parent's cul-de-sac. On the particular occasion, she let Brandon sit in the front seat with her.

White Fence Farm

Last Friday, Chad received free drag racing tickets, food and drinks from his work. Lucky guy. So, since I had to stay home with the kids, my parents took us out to White Fence Farm for dinner. Oh my god, those corn fritters are so good. After dinner we walked around and went on the carriage ride.
After that we had to split and ice cream cone!

Fourth of July in Estes Park

On our way up to Estes Park, we decided to stop at the Denver museum so Kristi could visit her favorite dinosaurs. We have a family membership there, so we are very frequent visitors. Kristi also likes to go through the Gem and Mineral exhibit. She thinks the cave is kinda spooky, but intriguing at the same time.

When we got up to Estes Park, we checked into our hotel and immediately went swimming. It was Brandon's first time swimming and he liked it. His little legs were kicking in the water. It was really cute. Kristi was jumping off the sides of the pool and splashing everyone. She was definitely in her element.
After we had dinner, we went to the giant slide at Fun City. Brandon of course just sat and watched while Chad and I took turns taking Kristi down the slide.

There was a nice firework display over Lake Estes that we could see from our hotel room. In the morning, we went up the Estes Aerial Tramway to the top of the mountain. It was pretty windy up there, but beautiful.

Father's Day

It was a very mellow Father's Day this year. Mom, Dad, Chad & I went and played golf while Sherrie watched the kids. After that, the girls and kids made dinner for the guys. We prepared a "surf & turf" cuisine for their enjoyment. After dinner, Chad and Dad enjoyed drinks and cigars.

Kristi's 3rd Birthday!

My little Kristi turned three this year. She had a blast with all the kids at her party. For her birthday, Grandma Janet, Papa, Grandma Sherrie, Chad & I got her this HUGE waterslide/pool for her birthday. Adults can go on it too - bonus!

We also had a PiƱata at her party. Kristi was very gentle with it and we had to coax her into really smacking it.

We had two cakes this year for her birthday. A family favorite, chocolate (yum) and strawberry. It was a very sugary sweet day.

Brandon's Arrival

It was around 11:30pm on April 24th when my water broke after my first contraction. After that - the contractions came fast and furious. We gathered all our luggage, grabbed Kristi and ran out the door. We managed to get Kristi to my parents around 11:50pm and started racing to St. Joesph's Hospital. Let me tell you, I was yelling at every car that got in front of us. We checked into "The Starting Place" where they check you before you can be admitted to the hospital. I was already 8 cm dialated and 100% effaced. So, they put me in a wheelchair and up to Labor & Delivery we went. From the time I walked in the door of the hospital to the time I was laying in a bed I was fully dialated and pushing. Brandon Michael was born at 12:51am on April 25th, 2008. My little angel wasn't so little. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces.
